We use recycled raw materials in all our products, and similarly, everything produced by Vasart can be recycled again.
In general, our products contain 50% recycled polyethylene in their composition.
Our goal is to reach 100% by 2025. To achieve this goal, Vasart invests in research to find the best way to increase our recycled polyethylene rate in all our collections, without compromising the quality of our products.

Another initiative implemented by Vasart is the Collection Points. Collection bins have been placed in our physical stores for the disposal of pots that are no longer in use. The discarded material is processed and undergoes a recycling process to become a new Vasart product, avoiding incorrect disposal in nature.

What if your used jeans turned into a plant pot?
In partnership with Therpol and Circular Platform, Vasart has developed a collection of circular products, produced with biotechnology and fabric fibers combined with polyethylene.
Furniture made of fabric?Yes, it's possible!
The Renova Jeans collection also features uniquely designed furniture made with fabric fibers at the end of their lifecycle!

How it works?
It all starts at the Circular Platform, which reduces textile waste by generating new products with recycled fibers.
The used jeans are broken down into fibers. These fibers are added to Therpol, which is a biotechnology based on Rubber from the Rubber Tree, transforming into raw material!
Vasart incorporates this raw material into the production process and creates products made from discarded jeans.
Best of all, this process is circular, meaning the discarded pot becomes a pot again!

From the beginning, our greatest concern has been the balance between developing products with design and quality and respecting the environment. That's why those in the OCEAN line are composed of recycled plastic recovered from beaches, preventing them from polluting the oceans!

The collection is the result of a partnership with Nagmobio, which launched these 100% biodegradable pots made from recycled paper and virgin plant fiber. This allows them to completely degrade when in contact with the soil, leaving no solid residues. Sustainable and clean planting, without generating waste. There are pots in three sizes and seedling trays.

I'm Green?
Vasart has launched a collection of products made 100% from green plastic derived from sugarcane, with raw material bearing the I'm green™ seal.
I'm green™ is the seal that identifies Braskem's resins made from renewable sources. Companies with this seal commit to promoting better use of natural and post-consumer waste. Vasart is the first Brazilian brand of rotomolded pots to bring to the market a line of sustainable products made from plastic developed from sugarcane.
